Isabella (Bella) Galván, a Sauk Prairie High School graduate from the class of 2023, discovered Pilates after having twins, seeking new ways to move her body beyond weight lifting. Since starting private classes at EJ Movement in February 2025, Bella has developed a passion for Pilates and is now pursuing instructor certification, eager to grow and share her love for movement.
