Lauren Leggett
Lauren Leggett grew up exploring the Lodi countryside, staying active doing outdoor activities, dancing, volleyball, and track. At age 18 she moved into the Madison area and started working in corporate America in the insurance industry. After getting married, having two children, and sitting in a desk job, she had gotten a bit out of shape. She started taking group fitness classes on her lunchtime and found the accountability and motivation to build a healthier lifestyle and greater confidence.
In 2016 Lauren’s job was outsourced and she was laid off. Which she took as an opportunity to go to college and make a career change into the fitness industry. In 2017 she graduated from Madison College with a Technical Diploma in Fitness and Wellness, which set her up to take and receive her ACE-Personal Trainer, Group Fitness Instructor, and Health Coaching Certifications. Lauren took a job at Club Pilates, which had just opened in the Madison area. After learning more and experiencing Pilates in her body for 3 months, she was hooked, and had never felt stronger! In the Fall of 2018 she completed her 500-hour comprehensive Pilates Certification and has been teaching full-time since then.
Lauren also holds Certificates in TRX, BOSU, and Foam Rolling and she is currently enrolled in school at Madison College, where she will receive her Associate Degree in Fitness, Recreation, and Wellness Management in December of 2025. Lauren has a passion for helping people improve their lifestyles, utilizing goal-setting, nutrition education, and individualized training plans to help clients reach their full potential.
