Maddy Mauch is a Sauk Prairie native and a 2024 graduate of Sauk Prairie High School. Her journey with Pilates began while attending Colorado Mesa University, where she discovered it through classes with her aunt in Basalt, Colorado. This was a therapeutic escape from school, as she had no plan for a major. Inspired by her experience, Maddy pursued Pilates training with Core Power Pilates and is now back in Wisconsin, excited to continue her instructor certification.

She focuses on low impact training without heavy lifting, while also providing a well-rounded workout. In her free time she enjoys spending time with friends and family, she loves to explore new places, and enjoys anything related to music.
